Sparrows missing from Brightwalton.

Could someone tell me where have all the little Sparrows gone from the village?
I did see a Ginger Cat take just one from my garden but surely it hasn't had them ALL.




As you can see by this video taken on Sept 2nd we had loads but now none left, and don't say "they have flown away", cos we have had Sparrows all winter for 20 years up till now. Ideas anyone?

New Brightwalton Website

I am currently working on a brand new Brightwalton website. I have to get away from that awful FrontPage Editor, the servers I am with are Linux and no longer support FP.

I bought Serif WebPlus 10 and created my own site in 2 days. See here.

Brightwalton will have its own flash banner with its own photos on. a lot less adverts and a lot more fun. Easy drop down navigation menu and plenty of information. I hope you are going to like it. I will say that July 1st is the launch but will enter on here at the time its published in its new form.

Chelsea Flower Show

Some people think it was too green, well I agree, not enough flowers outside, instead it is being replaced by fancy grasses and ornaments of every description.
For 2 months of the year the gardens at Chelsea are subjected to an invasion of tents,lorries and stamping people, the poor birds in the neighbourhood could hardly hear their young calling out for all the noise going on. It will take a long time to get back to the natural free space it was before all this was started.
